wine dessert

This one is really simple, which everyone likes. It only has two ingredients and is like a grown-up version of sorbet – a perfect light ending to a heavy meal, or a palate cleanser before the dessert. Mix one cup of wine (white, preferably, and fairly fruity) with about two tablespoons of syrup, and freeze. Spoon through and serve in glasses.
