Platter success


Hot off the press is the 2015 John Platter Wine Guide results, and Excelsior raked in the ratings, first of which is a four star for the Evanthius Cabernet Sauvignon 2012, one we’re really proud of. They noted flavours of cassis and espresso. Another one that impressed was the San Louis Shiraz with three and a half stars awarded for the 2012 vintage. “Black plums, meaty tones, a spice array from French/America/Hungarian barrels, remains sleek and accessible.”
